Terms of Service

1. What the service covers

The monthly new-client acquisition plan consists of strategy, ad content produced from photos the salon provides, Instagram and Facebook ad placement and management, consultations with inquiring clients including first-visit offers, booking hand-off, and a monthly results report with operating recommendations.

The first campaign package (two-week trial) consists of three ad creatives, one booking landing page, 14 days of Instagram DM handling, and one results report after the campaign ends. It is paid once and does not renew.

Anything beyond that scope (additional creatives, photography, additional channels) requires a separate agreement and a separate fee.

2. Ad spend

Ad spend is not part of the plan fee. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account. We neither collect nor advance ad spend on your behalf.

The monthly budget is agreed on the call, and you can change or stop it at any time.

3. Account access

We do not collect Instagram or Facebook passwords. Ads and messaging are handled only through Meta’s official business asset partner permissions, which you can revoke at any time.

4. Photos and content

Photos you provide are used only to produce content and run ads for your salon, never for another salon or for our own promotion. You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos you provide.

You may use the content we produce for your salon’s marketing during the term of the agreement. Use after the agreement ends, and ownership of the content, are agreed separately.

5. About results

Advertising results vary with location, services, budget, and season, so we do not guarantee a specific number of inquiries, bookings, or visits. The report states the numbers as they were recorded.

6. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

The monthly plan renews each month with no minimum term. If you notify us of cancellation before your next billing date, the plan ends with the current month and no further charges are made. Fees for a month that has already started are not refunded.

For the first campaign package, we refund in full before production starts (that is, before you submit the intake). Once production has started, the fee is non-refundable.

Ad spend already delivered has been paid to Meta and cannot be refunded by us.
