1. What we collect

Through the consultation form we collect: your name, email address, salon name, preferred call time, phone number (optional), and a Google Maps link to your salon (optional).

We also store the referral parameters that brought you here (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the time of your request, and the version of this policy you agreed to.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions. Google may collect your IP address and browser information as part of that check, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it.

2. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to record the pages you view, your language, button clicks, and approximate location and device information. This information is not used to identify you personally.

You can prevent this collection with your browser’s cookie settings or an ad blocker, and the site will still work in full.

3. Why we use it

We use these details only to schedule and prepare your consultation, to explain and set up the service, and to send you a confirmation email.

We do not sell your details or hand them to third parties for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

If no consultation takes place, we delete your request one year after it was submitted. If we enter into an agreement, we keep records for as long as applicable law requires after the engagement ends.

To have your details deleted, write to the address below and we will confirm when it is done.

5. Processors

We use third-party providers for email delivery, cloud hosting, and site analytics. They process your details only for the purposes described in this policy.
